The better you follow these rules and guidelines, the more likely it is you'll rank up. This is a list of what to do and not to do in this clan. There is no "do this to get (rank)" system, it is all based on how well you follow these rules and guidelines, your activity in clan events, and social awareness/participation within the clan-chat.
All members that joined prior to any given rule being made, are given the privilege to stay without any limitation based on new rule expectations and/or added features while not knowing they exist. Warnings will be given beforehand.
1. No Multi-Clanning (Being a member of another community clan that would threaten your activity as a member of Dark Legion).
2. Be mature!
3. Follow all Jagex rules!
4. Treat fellow clan members with respect.
5. Do not speak of religion unless you can handle it maturely. Be aware there are those with different opinions and beliefs. Religion is not to be spoken about unless the conversation is handled maturely. If you can not handle it maturely, you will be kicked out. This rule does not imply anything about the clan's religion, it is simply here to avoid conflict.
6. Do not discuss anything related to sexual preference, sex, or other topics under that category. Do not reference to such topics by using words or phrases that may provoke thought of or even bring discussion of this content.
7. No Spam. You WILL be kicked for spam, IMMEDIATELY.
8. Do not ask for a rank without stating what makes you think you have proper reasoning to be ranked up. Make sure your view is completely supported by facts. You will not be ranked up if you ask without a reason. You will be kicked and de-ranked if you continue to beg.
9. No discrimination against anybody for any reason. This includes: Race, herdity, origins, group, class, or category to which that person belongs to.
10. Be as supportive as possible to clan members. Be informative and helpful.
11. Concerning speech and communication within the clan chat, all clan members are required to keep sentence structure, spelling, and correct grammar in mind. This is considered as partly lenient, as the clan chat is not meant to be a place where you're tensed and worriesome about your spelling. But you are expected to talk like you have a brain. We understand the clan chat is a place to relax and unwind from your day-to-day life, but it is not a playground. You are expected to take it seriously, so when you say something make sure it gives the impression that you are mature, and actually thought before you spoke. If it requires a dictionary or professional help to read, you know you're going wrong. Limit multi-line sentences / messages. Please try to merge two or more messages into one line- as the limited chat box can get full and hectic very quickly. You will be warned.
1. Be an active member. Be socially active and aware, and attend clan events.
2. Attend clan meetings and be supportive. Present your own idea or viewpoint in debates or important discussions about the clan.
3. Recruit other mature clan members; ones who you know will benefit the clan's activity and overall status.
5. Stay updated on news about the clan and its recent changes.
